USA Customer can expect their order delivery within 4-7 days.International orders can take can 7-10 days for delivery. Our all orders are traceable and comes with tracking id. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. We will review and take the necessary actions if required.
Customer can trace their order in My Account->Orders section if they have created their account with us before checkout. All customers will receive an email as well when their tracking id is updated.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you need to inform us within 5 days over the email [email protected] or report it via online Chat feature and we will try to sort out the issue for you. Quality and customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please note if in case you decide to return the item back customer has to bare the shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
